Professional Experience:
Full time in Fitness Industry since Feb 2004.
Sports:
Competitive involvement in a large number of sports from a young age, including representative football, tennis, athletics and swimming.
Weekly Exercise Routine:
Outside of conducting sessions, my standard week consists of attending boxing club, resistance workouts, running, cycling, tennis, golf and swimming.
Personal interests:
In addition to my involvement in sport and exercise, I enjoy heading to the beach, working on the family farm, catching up with mates and watching live sporting events.
Motivation/Function:
Personal Training combines my major passion in life, with the tremendous satisfaction of assisting others in achieving
their health and fitness goals.
I view my role as educating people to cultivate exercise and nutritional amendments to their lifestyles, enabling them to lead a happier, healthier and longer life. Once clients successfully incorporate these skills, my work is done!
Training Philosophy:
Physical changes to the human body are most effectively stimulated, through training slightly outside of the client's comfort zone. My sessions entail a postural emphasis through evenly balancing exercises in the 3 planes of movement, with intensity progressively increased to ensure physical adaptation. I believe my training systems to be the most effective means of safely achieving weight loss and muscle toning results.
