6 Week Group PT
Healthy Switch 6 Week Group PT programs are a cost effective means of achieving tremendous health and fitness results. Sessions are held in close proximity to the Tan Running Track, and take place at various AM and PM timeslots.
Specific Details:

Instruction by Fitness Australia accredited and experienced Personal Trainer, Pete Osment.

Choice of Bootcamp, Circuit and Boxercise sessions (currently 10 sessions per week).

Balance of Cardiovascular, Resistance and Flexibility training, with an emphasis on variety and intensity.

Brief fitness testing at beginning and end of 6 weeks to quantify results.

Participant numbers for each session strictly limited to ensure specificity of training and adequacy of equipment.
